👨🍳 Meet Your Chef: Introducing Anthony Lopez, Former Sous Chef of @vernonsspeakeasy!
Chef Lopez has been in the kitchen since childhood and has maintained a life long passion for gastronomy ever since. He began his culinary career by enrolling in culinary school in Hollywood, CA fresh out of high school. Shortly afterwards he took up residence in Seattle, WA where he worked his way up from washing dishes to leading the kitchen at Palomino Rustico. Since then he's moved to Albuquerque and manages the prestigious kitchen of Vernon's Speakeasy, where he crafts seasonal menus and VIP dining experiences!
